VoteDeadline.com is a free, independent and nonpartisan information service. It is not a government website, election authority, political organisation or affiliate of Vote.org. We provide voting information and links; we do not register voters, accept ballots or determine individual eligibility.

Accuracy and official sources

We work to keep information accurate, but election dates, rules and procedures can change. The verification date records when a fact was checked, and is not a promise that the fact will remain unchanged. Confirm important voting decisions with the linked state or local election authority. Our information is not legal advice.

Using the site

You may use and share links to this service for lawful purposes. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate an election official, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorised access. Correction emails should concern the information on the site and should not contain sensitive voter information.

Third-party services

Linked services and optional embedded tools are operated by their respective providers and have their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and handling of information are outside our control.

Rights and availability

The site's original design and content belong to the operator or their respective licensors. Official documents retain their own reuse conditions. We may update or suspend the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
