Who operates this site

This company is the controller for information collected by VoteDeadline.com. For privacy requests, info@votedeadline.com or write to our registered office.

Email correspondence

The website has no submission form and does not store visitor submissions in a database. If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message. We receive your email address and whatever information you include, and use it to investigate and respond. Please do not send dates of birth, residential addresses, voter ID numbers, party affiliations or registration records.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining accurate public information and answering requests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We retain correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any applicable legal obligations. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical information, including IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect the service. Operational logs support diagnosis and security; their retention follows the configured Cloudflare service. Election information comes from files deployed with the website. There is no administration interface or editor sign-in.

Third-party services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address. Vote.org tools load only when you choose to open them. Vote.org and official election services process information you submit under their own policies. VoteDeadline.com cannot read form fields inside their embedded tools.

These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Applicable transfer arrangements are described in their privacy and data-processing terms: Cloudflare, Google, and Vote.org.

Analytics and advertising

Advertising and audience analytics are disabled for launch. We do not use this site to build political profiles or make automated decisions about voters. Any future use of optional tracking will require an updated notice and appropriate consent controls.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above. We may need information to confirm that a request concerns your data. You can complain to your local supervisory authority or the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
